» Marc J. Viggiano, President & Chief Executive Officer
|
|
Mr. Viggiano is President & CEO of Saab Sensis Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Viggiano develops the Company's goals, vision and operating philosophy by leading Saab Sensis in strategic growth in the North American defense, civil security and air traffic management markets.
Mr. Viggiano has more than 30 years of experience in the design and development of complex civilian and defense sensor and automation systems, and a track record of successful leadership experience. Prior to his appointment as President & CEO, Mr. Viggiano was Senior Vice President & Director of Corporate Development for Sensis Corporation, where he was responsible for spear-heading the Company.s strategy and business development. Mr. Viggiano also served as Chief Operating Officer at Sensis where he was responsible for all of Sensis. operating areas. Additional roles at Sensis included leadership positions in Sensis' defense business as well as the launching of Sensis' Air Traffic Systems division in 1997, after which he served as ATS division president while overseeing its rapid growth as a leading supplier of air traffic surveillance and automation solutions.
Before joining Sensis, Mr. Viggiano worked in Advanced Sensor Systems within General Electric's Aerospace Group. He received his BSEE from the Rochester Institute of Technology, MSEE from Syracuse University and Executive Master's in Leadership from Georgetown University and is a graduate of the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering.

» Larry Harris, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harris is the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Sensis Corporation. He is responsible for all aspects of the company's finance and accounting functions as well as investor relations. Mr. Harris has been in his current position since 1998 and formerly served as a business area manager for Sensis Corporation.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Harris worked for 10 years at General Electric in a multitude of financial assignments, and three years at Syracuse China as director of financial operations. He received a BS from Cornell University and graduated from General Electric's Financial Management Program.

» Peggy Dudarchik, Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer
|
|
Ms. Dudarchik joined Sensis Corporation in 1989 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer. In this role, she is responsible for strategic human resources planning, recruitment and staffing, employee development, training, benefits and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Sensis, Ms. Dudarchik spent nine years as a systems engineer with General Electric. As a systems engineer, she was involved in the design and development of detection and estimation algorithms for a passive sonar system for the U.S. Navy.
Ms. Dudarchik holds BS degrees in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Electrical Engineering from University of Dayton and MS degrees in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. She has also graduated from the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering.

» Ken Kaminski, Vice President & General Manager, Air Traffic Systems

Mr. Kaminski is the General Manager of the Sensis Air Traffic Systems (ATS) Division, where he is responsible for developing and implementing the company's aviation business strategy. In this role, Mr. Kaminski will lead and promote the development of next generation aviation data systems and oversee all aspects of the business relating to Air Traffic Management technologies.
Since joining Sensis in 2003, Mr. Kaminski has led a range of successful R&D and product development initiatives. Prior to GM of ATS, Mr. Kaminski served as the Vice President of Advanced Development. In this role, he lead the Advanced Development business area, which focused on advanced technology and product concept developments related to the air traffic management and defense technology divisions of Sensis.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Kaminski held various engineering and management positions at a global defense and information technology company.
Mr. Kaminski holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.

» Erik D. Smith, General Manager of Defense & Security Systems
|
|
Mr. Smith is General Manager of the Sensis Defense & Security Systems (D&SS) division, where he is responsible for developing and implementing the Company's defense and security business strategy. In this role, Mr. Smith leads and promotes the development of ground-based radar, naval capabilities, air command and control and special protection system technologies while managing all aspects of the D&SS business.
Since joining Sensis in 2007, Mr. Smith has led the development of a number of strategic relationships, key negotiations and successful programs. Prior to becoming GM of D&SS, he served as head of Defense Surveillance Products and Programs and was contract manager for the D&SS division.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Smith held key program management, negotiator and contract positions at Raytheon Company, and was chosen to participate in Raytheon's premier Contracts Leadership Development Program. He holds a BA in Political Science from Roger Williams University and is currently completing the Executive MBA program at Syracuse University.

» Dave Kovarik, Vice President of Ground-Based Radar Programs
|
|
Mr. Kovarik is Vice President of Sensis' ground-based radar programs. In this role, he is focused on the development and deployment of next generation radar and security products required to predict, sense, adapt, classify, communicate and control the highly-complex, integrated and changing military environment.
Previously at Sensis, Mr. Kovarik has held the position of Air Defense Systems Strategic Pursuits Manager and Expeditionary Radar Business Segment Manager.
Prior to joining Sensis in 2002, Mr. Kovarik worked for 20 years in the design, development and management of complex radar and sonar systems at General Electric, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin. He holds a BS in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Syracuse University. He is a graduate of the General Electric Advanced Course in Engineering and received the Lockheed Martin NOVA award, the corporation's highest recognition for achievement.

» Tom Uva, Vice President & Chief Information Officer
|

Mr. Uva is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Sensis Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for the company's information technology strategy, deployment and management; systems applications and development; and IT infrastructure and protection. By leading the transition of information technology across the company, Mr. Uva works to align business and technology strategy with effective project execution and cost management, correlating technology investments with quantifiable business results.
Mr. Uva is also currently an adjunct professor at Syracuse University in the Center for Science and Technology in the School of Information Studies. Prior to joining Sensis Corporation, Mr. Uva was a Senior Director with Cendant Corporation where he was responsible for oversight and project intervention for the company's IT initiatives and the development and execution of their Project Delivery Center of Excellence.
Mr. Uva holds a MBA and a BS in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

» Greg Farnham, Vice President & Director of Operations

Mr. Farnham is the Sensis Corporate Director of Operations, where he is responsible for business execution including manufacturing, procurement, all elements of logistics, field engineering, configuration and data management, quality management systems and quality assurance.
Prior to joining Sensis, Mr. Farnham worked for 25 years in the aerospace industry, starting as a software engineer, moving to program management, engineering project management, senior project management and ultimately leading a 180+ person organization. He has delivered all elements of logistics, training and field engineering around the globe, for General Electric, Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Farnham holds a BS in Computer Science from RIT and an MS in Computer & Information Science from Syracuse University. He is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional.

» Mike Gerry, Vice President, FAA Programs
|

Mr. Gerry is the Vice President of FAA Programs, where he is responsible for product development and execution of programs supporting air navigation service providers, airports and airline customers around the world.
Previously at Sensis, Mr. Gerry was director of domestic business development for Air Traffic Systems, and also served in a number of engineering, research and development and technical leadership positions. Prior to Sensis, he was an application engineer at a diversified manufacturing company.
Mr. Gerry holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and a MS and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University.
