Sensis to provide Contractor Depot Logistics Support to the FAA for TDX Digitizers

DEWITT, NY - September 1, 1999 - Sensis received a contract to provide repair/replacement services and configuration management for digitizer components and Line Replacement Units (LRUs) for TDX units at FAA 10 radar sites. TDX units digitize ASR-7 and ASR-8 radars and supply remote feeds to ARTS II, ARTS III, Micro-EARTS, host computer automation and display systems. Sites in the initial contract include: Bermuda, Williams AFB (AZ), Dobbins AFB (GA), Shaw AFB (SC) Anchorage AFB (AL), Palm Springs, Monterey and Merced (CA), KI Sawyer (MI ) and the FAA Technical Center (NJ).
